About Mark Mason
Mark Mason, BSc Hons is a Qualified Surveyor. He started working in 1999 as a Building Surveyor for a private Building Surveying firm. During this, he has had a variety contracts, covering property maintenance, refurbishment and new build.
He has worked for residential, community based and commercial clients as well as regular contracts for local councils.
Since qualifying as a Building Surveyor, he has taken particular interest in building design, which has been aided by working closely with an Architect. Various projects have been carried out for residential, commercial and public buildings.
Experience covers a wide range of building surveying work, including Refurbishment, Renovation, Extensions, New Build, Disabled Access Audits, Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Schedules of Condition, Schedules of Dilapidation, Defects Reports.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys playing the guitar, going to the gym, playing squash and badminton. For several years he has belonged to a radio controlled flying club
where he is accredited to give training to newcomers of the hobby.
