William Grumitt, BA BSc MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor. He
started working in 1983 as a Building Surveyor for The Greater
London Council. During this, and subsequent employment at The
London Borough of Southwark and Hyde Housing Association, he
acted in a variety of roles covering the maintenance and property
management of the housing stock.
He has worked for both local authority and private practice
including working for Elliot, Son and Boyton in London’s
West End.
Since moving down to the South Coast in 1990 he has been a teacher
and worked for Lambor Associates and Allied Surveyors.
Experience covers a wide range of building surveying work, including
Refurbishment, Surveys, Feasibility Studies, Schedules of Condition,
Schedules of Dilapidation, Defects Reports and valuations, both
residential and commercial.
In his spare time, William is involved with his wife and five
children. He is a qualified yoga
teacher and avid reader.
